At Newbridge Silverware, we want you to be delighted with your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and in pristine, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original presentation boxes and include your completed return form inside the shipping parcel to ensure efficient processing.

  Ship to Newbridge

  Affix the provided return label or use a registered postal service to send your package to our headquarters in Newbridge, County Kildare, Ireland.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
